Lightning Strike Causes Significant Damage

Storm damage can come from different forms of nature. During a severe thunderstorm, lightning hit the side of this home, blowing the propane regulator. Flames shot up like a torch up the side of the house. The homeowner was woken by the storm and fought the fire himself until the fire department arrived, preventing extreme fire damage to the house. When the fire damage was contained, the homeowner contacted SERVPRO, and our team arrived right away to board up after the damage. The team at SERVPRO did the board up on this house to prevent any further damage inside and outside of the structure.
